A: No

Q: Can I play Ultimate Resistor if the friendly target has the Burgeoning Saint upgrade?

A: No

Q: I play Thunderous Blast and choose a friendly fighter that has the Burgeoning Saint upgrade. How do I resolve the effects?

A: The fighter Inspires if they are un-Inspired, otherwise nothing happens. Then you would choose an enemy fighter and roll a magic dice to see if they are damaged. At the end of the next turn, the fighter would become un-Inspired, but cannot be, so the card has no further effect

Q: When counting the distance between the attacker and the target, if that distance is the same before modifiers, can I pick which hexes I count for that distance?

A: Yes

Q: A Carnskyr makes a Move action. During that move, it moves through two hexes occupied by enemy fighters. When using the Grasping Talons reaction, can I choose either of those fighters to roll for? A: Yes.
