Positioning

  • You'll almost always want to place Rippa near the front of your formation. If the enemy chooses to attack him, your other two fighters will inspire. If they don't attack him, he'll be free to wreak havoc

  • You can place Stabbit and Mean-eye close behind and in range to attack any enemies that may charge in to attack Rippa

  • Due to the 'Marking your Territory' objective, you'll generally want to place an objective token in enemy territory that will be easy to reach throughout the game

General tips

  • Although Rippa's Snarlfangs are known for being a hyper-aggressive warband, you'll want to learn when it's time to stop fighting and focus on survival. You benefit immensely from having at least one fighter alive at the end of the game due to objectives such as 'Loaded with Plunder', 'Plunderers', 'Marking your Territory', and 'Cruel Hunters'. Your fighters all have great move range, so sometimes your last couple of activations are best spent running away

  • Don't worry if Rippa is taken out of action early in the game. Your other two fighters will be inspired and upgrades like 'Boss Hat' and 'Fiendish Jab' will turn Stabbit into a terrifying fighter

  • If you enjoy playing Nemesis format, it's generally a good idea to include at least one range 1 or 2 weapon upgrade in your deck. This will be helpful if you're up against an opponent playing 'Voidcursed Thralls'. If Mean-eye becomes voidcursed and can no longer do his range 3 attack, you'll be happy to have that weapon upgrade in your deck
